No. It does not hold the INTERNET permission, so you can check that yourself in the permission list on your device. Recording and search run entirely on the phone.
Nowhere. They stay on the device. Even when you hand them to an AI, you paste the exported file yourself.
It reads text off the screen, so it is lighter than recording video. It still costs something, so closing the eyes stops it.
The key is in your email, so you can paste it on the new device. Lost it? Reply to that email and we will send it again.
